  cello there!

Playing the cello is one of the ways I relax in the little moments that I find left over in my day.
I have two cellos, one I keep at work and occasionally play at lunchtime. The other is at my studio, which gets a dusting off when I can't find the softness to start painting. I like to rip off Bach, Gavin Bryers, Philip Glass & Arvo Part in my music style when I play. If you know those guys we'll more than likely have something in common.

  Tango anyone?

I love to dance to Latin music, mostly the Tango.
I dance about three times a week. Its really good exercise. I take lessons from (the wonderful) Geraldine Demarais at the 'Lets dance studio'. She's a great instructor and a wonderful person. She tango's like a dream. Thankyou Geraldine.

my aquarium
kathleen's aquarium

Planted aquariums are another interest that gives me an additional distraction from work.. It's only really due to the 'tres' cool staff, and Genie (da boss lady) at Aquarium West pet store that I could have such beatiful aquariums. They know their stuff. This interest replaced my other one, which was building computers. I got sick of dealing with Microsoft's crappy programming, so now I fiddle with plants & fish instead. Much more relaxing. What really happens is that I fall asleep in front of my aquariums after a hard day.
I hope I havent bored you to much with this info. I do some other things too, But any more info and I'll be a complete tune. Thanks for reading this far, I hope you've enjoyed the site. Corey is the real dude to thank for the look and tech of this place. Catch him at corey@ultra-violeta.com
